Charles Bystock - Charles is our Global Managing Director for new business development at The Windsor Group. Charles founded the firm over 25 years ago specializing in retained IT executive search and professional services nationwide. Charles was responsible for Windsor Group’s early transformation into IBM Mainframe timesharing and eventually infrastructure, mainframe, server and data center outsourcing. Today, Charles and his team help large enterprise global clients with selective IT Infrastructure outsource initiatives and service integration projects. Charles has extensive sales and management expertise in the information technology industry, that includes financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, energy, and telecommunications.
Peter Burghardt - Peter is a Managing Director of Service Delivery, responsible for the successful planning and execution of all our engagements including all IT migrations, transition and transformation projects. He is a senior executive with over twenty years of technology management experience. Peter has extensive experience in all aspects of large IT services operations including: process design, engineering and implementation, operations, vendor management, financial management, and facilities planning. He has been engaged in several dozen workload migrations and facilities consolidations at both the technical and management level, and consulted with clients to improve IT value to the business through: effective strategy, better alignment with the business, more efficient infrastructure, and improved people performance.
Peter spent over 18 years with AIG, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer for AIG Technologies providing global technology services with annual revenues of approximately $310 million. As COO, Peter was responsible for all aspects of services delivery to over 200 companies globally with a staff of 900 employees and contractors.
Peter holds an MBA in Information Systems and Operations Research from the University of Pittsburgh.
Dave Munn - Dave is a Managing Director responsible for managing our client relationships and developing new business. Dave works with our customers, partners, and service delivery staff to assure a successful client engagement. Dave is a senior IT executive with extensive professional services experience managing and delivery dozens of IT engagements including: systems development, systems integration, process improvements, IT service management and infrastructure transformation. Dave has been engaged with Fortune 50 clients supporting global IT transformation initiatives.
Dave spent 11 years as Chief Technology Officer for an IT professional services firm, where he led over 400 IT employees and consultants on various IT services engagements for over 15 different Fortune 100 clients. Dave started his career at Bell Laboratories where he led enterprise data center consolidation and automation of IBM mainframe data centers, followed by 10 years leading enterprise data center initiatives for the New York Stock Exchange and IBM Global Services clients.
Dave holds a Master’s of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.
Ken Cameron - Ken is a Managing Director responsible for infrastructure assessments and solution development. Ken has 25+ years of consulting, management and executive experience leading infrastructure service delivery in Fortune 500 companies. His specialties include service and financial turnarounds, where he has increased service quality and customer satisfaction, reduced costs and/or turned IT groups profitable, and addressed staff productivity and morale. Ken possesses a wealth of process expertise with both ITIL and BDP/DR.
Ken started his career at IBM, holding various sales, staff and management positions. Ken has run multiple data centers and outsourcing operations. He ran one of the two Visa Global Operations Centers. He ran ACS’s California outsourcing operations eventually running their Western US Data Centers. Ken as developed and implemented Data Center Outsourcing strategy for SAIC, then headed the North America outsourcing business for Atos Origin, a European IT Services provider. Before joining the Windsor Group, Ken was Senior Vice President of Global Operations for AIG Global Services, the IT infrastructure business unit of Financial Services conglomerate, AIG.
Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Saint Mary’s College of California.
